Career Coaching Package
For something more specific I offer career coaching across six one to one sessions .
Ideal if you are a barrister, solicitor or other professional considering your future (or contemplating career change).
This package gives you the reflective space to make important decisions as well as accountability for the actions you need to take to get where you want to be and make a successful career change.
It can also include interview practice and CV review.
Coaching for New Leaders
6 sessions of up to 90 minutes each, designed for new leaders to uncover their leadership style and address any challenges before they become problems.
At appropriate points and, with permission, I will supplement the coaching with various aspects of my leadership training modules including:
- Communication Skills
- Providing Feedback
- Building a Successful Team
- Coaching Skills
However, the approach will always be focused on coaching with the emphasis on the coachee uncovering their own solutions.
If you are an employer wanting to provide coaching for your people, sponsored coaching is one option.
Sometimes called tri-partite coaching, sponsored coaching is an arrangement where the coachee’s employer has an interest and investment in the outcome.
It is important that the one to one coaching sessions remain confidential, within limits as agreed for each assignment. However, it is usual for there to be meetings involving the sponsor/s at the outset of the coaching assignment, half-way through and also at the end.
As with conventional one to one coaching, the coachee is still the person responsible for the results and needs to be committed and motivated to take part in the process. But, with involvement from others (line manager and/or HR) there can be valuable input and direction as well as support with next steps. The company representatives will also develop a greater insight and be able to see the return on their investment.
6 or 12 month packages are available.
